Mission Statement

All athletes participating in the East Coast Conditioning Athletic Training Program embrace the values articulated in the team Mission Statement and subscribe to the principles of the ECC Standards.

Policies

• $25 Cancelled Check Fee
• Full Refund (Minus $25 Registration Fee) 7+ days before start date.
• School Credit (minus $25 Registration Fee) 6 or less days before start date.
• Failure to cancel private lesson within 24hrs will result in the loss of the private
• NO making up classes or refund with out Doctor's note.
• All purchases are non-transferable.
• Call TBS Office or check website in cases of inclement weather.
• Parents must drop off and pick up students at front desk.
• Players provide their own baseball glove and baseball bat.

Insurance Waiver

Participation Agreement, Release and Acknowledgement of Risk

In consideration of the services of The Baseball School, their agents, owners, officers, volunteers, participants, employees, and all other persons or entities acting in any capacity on their behalf (hereinafter collectively referred to as "TBS"), I hereby agree to release and discharge TBS on behalf of myself, my children, my parents, my heirs, assigns, personal representative and estate.

By reading this agreement and then registering for a TBS Program or Service, I acknowledge that if anyone is hurt or property is damaged during my child's participation in this activity, I may be found by court of law to have waived my right to maintain a lawsuit against TBS on the basis of any and all claims from which I have release them herein. I have had sufficient opportunity to read this agreement,. I have read and understood it and I agree to be bound by its terms.
